OVERCOMING THE FEAR OF GOING LIVE
I once heard that fear can be defined as ‘false evidence appearing real’. I particularly love this quote by Rachel Huber, “Fear is the brain’s way of saying there is something important for you to overcome.” That for me is powerful because we hear so many stories of people who have allowed fear to hold them back from moving to the next level. Fear has held them back from making that proposal, from going on that trip, from having that baby. Fear has held so many people back from things that would have propelled them to the next level.
My question for you today is, Are you one of them? Are you sitting on the sidelines and allowing the fear of what might happen when you go live to hold you back?
